Refund & Shipping Policy

We accept returns from Lillianhutsondesigns.com within 30 days of purchase. Please E-mail info@lillianhutsondesigns.com for inquiries.

Purchases made greater than 30 days prior to return request are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, receipt or proof of purchase is required and your item must be unused,in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Refunds (where applicable):  Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions via email. 

The following items are non-refundable: Free gifts or promotional items with retail value, products that have been used or damaged other than through shipping, returns or exchanges from unauthorized retailers.
